Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor I to join the team in Denver, CO at ABF Freight, a leading LTL carrier under the ArcBest company. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling the resources for loading and unloading freight to ensure timely, damage-free, and safe operations. Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for loading/unloading freight.
• Maintain load plans for safe vehicle operation.
• Assign tasks, provide training, and monitor performance.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment.

• Handle hazardous materials following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in Service Center or transportation field preferred.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
