Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor I to join our team at our Denver, CO location. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for supervising the timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for freight loading/unloading.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign tasks, provide training, and monitor performance.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Promote safe handling and storage of hazardous materials.
• Work collaboratively to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in service center or transportation field desired.
• Supervisory experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• General knowledge of freight and proper handling techniques.
