Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join ALDI's team in Olathe, KS. In this role, you will support the operations of our National Services & divisional offices by providing administrative assistance, maintaining communication with key stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate information between leadership, staff, and store personnel.
  • Create and manage reports for management decision-making.
  • Resolve operational customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Provide general office support and assist in ordering supplies.
  • Maintain an organized filing system and identify irregularities.
  • Conduct training within designated responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED required.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Associate’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.
