Job Description
We are looking for a talented individual to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals as the Oncology Business Manager (Northeast). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in establishing, building, and managing business relationships within health systems and community oncology practices to ensure access to Jazz Oncology products. This position requires strong leadership skills and strategic thinking in a complex healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans focusing on group purchasing organizations, contracting, health economics, and reimbursement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute Oncology brand objectives and educate on access to Jazz Oncology portfolio.
- Optimize engagements with strategic oncology accounts to ensure optimal access for products.
- Build and manage key business relationships with health systems and community practice oncology decision-makers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and communicate insights to support strategic and tactical plan evolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, MBA, or similar, with at least 10 years of industry-related experience.
- Experience with Oncology Practice Network accounts and Health Systems.
- Strong understanding of reimbursement models, healthcare eco-systems, and Oncology stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
