Job Description
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Oncology Account Manager for the Phoenix South region. As an Oncology Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting Jazz Pharmaceuticals’ oncology products and fostering business relationships with specialists within the assigned territory. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in implementing marketing strategies to achieve sales objectives.

- Strategic Account Management: Demonstrate strong sales analytics capabilities, customer understanding, and strategic planning skills.
- Teamwork & Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align and execute account strategies.
- Selling Effectiveness: Promote Jazz Pharmaceuticals' oncology products to healthcare professionals and stay informed about industry trends.
- Product and Scientific Knowledge: Educate physicians about the company's products and demonstrate expertise in disease states.
- Execution: Participate in medical exchanges, represent the company at conferences, and manage customer interactions effectively.
Required Experience
- Four-year college/university degree.
- Experience in Oncology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to meet travel requirements.
Preferred Experience
- Post-graduate business school study.
- Minimum 5 years in oncology market.
- Strong clinical, technical, and scientific knowledge.
- Proven strategic account management experience.
- Results-oriented with excellent sales data analytics skills.
Physical Demands
- Frequent travel and computer use.
- Ability to work outside normal hours when needed.
- Requires appropriate business attire and public contact.
