Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated On-Site Service Tech II to join Canon Solutions America, Inc. As part of our Field Service team, you will play a key role in diagnosing and resolving technical issues for our customers, ensuring the smooth operation of Canon-supported products. Techs receive a CAR ALLOWANCE and a $2,000 SIGN ON BONUS!
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, software, network, and system failures.
- Maintain knowledge of multiple product groups and provide efficient maintenance.
- Exceed customer expectations with responsive on-site support.
- Comply with customer policies and protocols, including potential COVID-19 measures.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of related experience.
- Basic understanding of internet environments and ability to complete PDIF class.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 environment with lifting and physical activity requirements.
