Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room requires a commitment to day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide essential nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with Maryland's Nurse Practice Act and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining clinical competency. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services experience preferred.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS within 6 months, PALS, Hazmat within a year.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
- Completion of orientation program.
