Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room requires a weekend commitment with day and night shifts. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in compliance with industry standards and organization protocols. The role involves developing, implementing, evaluating, and revising care plans to address patients' physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and educational needs. Collaboration with staff, physicians, and other disciplines is essential to ensure quality care delivery and a safe patient environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred
- BLS certification required
- ACLS within 6 months of hire
- PALS and Hazmat certification within one year of hire
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred
