NURSING GRADUATE

Job Description

We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join the LifeBridge Health team at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position entails day and night shifts with varying hours and requires a weekend commitment. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in compliance with protocols and guidelines, assess patient needs, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and maintain clinical competency.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines.
• Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
• Create a safe patient care environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years Nursing Experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years of acute care experience preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
