Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards and protocols. This full-time position includes day and night shifts on weekends, with varying hours.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care following the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organization guidelines.
- Assess and provide care based on patient's physical, psychosocial, and educational needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient patient care delivery.
- Maintain clinical competency and a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services experience preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications.
- Emergency Nursing certification is a plus.
