Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with day and night shifts, including weekend commitment. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide quality nursing care to patients, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain a safe patient care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in compliance with regulations and organizational guidelines.
- Develop, evaluate, and revise individualized care plans.
- Assess patient needs and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
- Maintain clinical competency and ensure patient safety.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
- Active RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
