Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health, specifically at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position will involve day and night shifts with varying hours and a weekend commitment. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide essential nursing care to patients in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act, adhering to organizational protocols and standards of practice. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care delivery and maintain a safe patient environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care following established standards and guidelines.
- Assess patient needs and develop, evaluate, and revise care plans accordingly.
- Maintain clinical competency and stay updated with current best practices.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Emergency Services.
- BLS certification required, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications preferred.
- Completion of orientation as per policy and procedures.

The Grace Medical Center Emergency Department offers a state-of-the-art facility with private treatment rooms, advanced technology, and specialized care for patients. The department features negative pressure rooms for infectious disease isolation, a behavioral health treatment pod, and a CT Scanner for quick diagnosis of critical conditions.
