Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Nursing Graduate to join the team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care in accordance with established standards and protocols. This full-time position includes day and night shifts with varying hours, requiring a weekend commitment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients based on their individual needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Maintain competency in clinical knowledge and skills.
- Create and revise care plans to support patient recovery.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services nursing experience preferred.
- BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications preferred.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
