Job Title: Nurse (LPN/RN 6P-6A)

Charter Trace Senior Living is looking for a compassionate Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our team during the night shift (6 PM - 6 AM). As part of our dedicated team, you will play a crucial role in administering medications and treatments to our residents in a professional and caring manner.

Responsibilities

1. Understand and document on the 24-hour communication reports.
2. Maintain confidentiality with resident and employee information.
3. Notify supervisors of any resident changes in condition.
4. Assist with medication management and records.
5. Monitor and manage medications from the pharmacy.
6. Ensure timely communication with the pharmacy regarding discrepancies.

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Nurse (LPN/RN).
• Willingness to work with the elderly population.
• Proficiency in English.
• CPR certification.
• Background check required.
