Job Description
ArcBest II ABF Freight is seeking a motivated and dedicated Class A CDL Hazmat and Tanker Truck Driver to join our team in Honolulu, HI. As a City Driver, you will be responsible for the pickup and delivery of cargo using up-to-date technology and following efficient procedures. Responsibilities
- Perform pickup and delivery of cargo to and from various destinations near the consolidation/distribution center.
- Load and unload trailers with the same techniques as a dock worker.
- Adapt to varied duties and schedules based on terminal location requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21 years old.
- At least 1 year of tractor/trailer experience preferred; training may be available for candidates with less experience.
- Class A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and HAZMAT endorsements.
- Stable work history and strong work ethic.
- Clean driving record (MVR and previous employers).
- Successful completion of DOT pre-employment drug screening and medical requirements.
