Job Description

We are currently seeking a Class A CDL Hazmat and Tanker Truck Driver to join our team at ABF Freight in Honolulu, HI. As a City Driver, you will be responsible for the pickup and delivery of cargo to various destinations, loading and unloading trailers, and maintaining strong customer relationships through efficient and professional service.

Job Responsibilities

• Performing pickup and delivery of cargo within proximity of the consolidation/distribution center.
• Utilizing up-to-date technology and procedures for loading and unloading trailers.
• Adhering to scheduled duties which may vary depending on terminal location.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21 years old.
• At least 1 year of tractor/trailer experience (training available for less than 1 year).
• Hold a Class A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and HAZMAT endorsements.
• Demonstrate a stable work record and a strong work ethic.
• Maintain safe driving records (MVR and previous employers).
• Pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen and meet DOT medical requirements.
