Responsibilities:

• Direct and supervise employees to maintain product quality
• Enforce safety and sanitation regulations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage employee performance and attendance
• Utilize data to improve work processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Establish work schedules

Requirements:

• 4-year degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years experience in production or operations management
• Proficiency in Spanish and English is advantageous
