Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join our MRI Team as a Supervisor at Central Vermont Medical Center. In this role, you will oversee the technical and compliance measures of all MRI operations. You will be responsible for scheduling employees to meet patient volume needs, assisting in the hiring process, ensuring safe and effective patient care, and performing MRI Technologist duties.
Responsibilities
- Oversee technical and compliance measures of all MRI operations.
- Assist in scheduling employees to meet patient volume needs.
- Participate in the hiring process of new staff.
- Ensure safe and effective patient care, including technical procedures and workflow.
- Act as a coach, providing guidance to staff members and facilitating collaboration.
- Participate in weekend on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Associates Degree preferred or equivalent from an approved Medical Radiographic Program.
- Advanced certification in MRI.
- At least 3 years of experience in the appropriate modality.
- Supervisory skills/experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
