Job Description
We are looking for a Member Support Specialist to join the energetic team at VASA Fitness. As a Member Experience Specialist (MES), you will be responsible for creating engaging and meaningful experiences for our members and guests during every interaction. Your role involves greeting members warmly, addressing their needs promptly, maintaining a clean and organized club environment, and promoting memberships and additional services.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest and member experiences by being friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable.
- Assist in selling memberships, conducting club tours, and facilitating upgrades and personal training consultations.
- Maintain high operational standards by following check-in procedures, cleaning routines, and merchandising protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall member experience based on feedback and insights.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
