As a Member Experience Specialist (MES), you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional and enjoyable experience to our members and guests. From creating personal connections to ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, you will be an integral part of our passionate and united team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a fun and meaningful experience to every member and guest by greeting them warmly and providing assistance.
• Promote memberships, drive upgrades, and conduct informative gym tours for guests and members.
• Maintain operational standards by following check-in processes, daily cleaning tasks, and restocking merchandise.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance member experience based on feedback and implement improvement ideas.
