We are looking for a Member Engagement Specialist to join VASA Fitness, a company dedicated to creating an inclusive, accessible, and fun fitness experience. As a Member Experience Specialist (MES), you will play a crucial role in greeting members, creating personal connections, ensuring a clean and organized environment, and promoting memberships and services.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Promote memberships, upgrades, and additional services.
• Maintain operational standards by following check-in procedures and cleaning routines.
• Collect and share member feedback to enhance the overall experience.
