Member Engagement Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Member Engagement Specialist to join our team at VASA Fitness. As a Member Experience Specialist (MES), you will play a crucial role in providing an uplifting and inclusive experience to our members and guests. Your responsibilities include greeting members warmly, creating personal connections, addressing issues promptly, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for selling memberships, driving upgrades, and conducting tours around the gym.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a genuine and kind attitude while interacting with guests and members.
• Greet members with a smile, eye contact, and courtesy.
• Anticipate and address guest and member needs by providing clear information and support.
• Familiarize yourself with membership plans, pricing, amenities, and class formats.
• Offer club tours, sell memberships, facilitate upgrades, and book personal training consultations.
• Continuously seek feedback to enhance the member experience and collaborate with the team to implement improvements.
• Adhere to VASA's operational standards by following check-in processes, maintaining cleanliness, and restocking merchandise.
