Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Member Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic team at VASA Fitness. As a Member Experience Specialist (MES), you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our members and guests. You will be responsible for greeting members, providing them with personal assistance, ensuring operational standards are met, promoting memberships, driving upgrades, and contributing to an overall positive experience within our facility.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a fun and meaningful experience to all guests and members.
- Provide personalized assistance and guidance, including club tours and membership sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the club.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall guest and member experience.
