As part of our protein and salt business in Albert Lea, MN, your role will involve maintaining production machinery, ensuring food safety and quality, and contributing to cleanliness and housekeeping practices.

Responsibilities

• Performing maintenance on production machinery using hand tools.
• Maintaining food safety and quality standards.
• Ensuring cleanliness and housekeeping in the work area.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Being 18 years or older.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Previous experience in production maintenance and welding.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience at Cargill.
• Recent work history within the last 12 months.
