Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Manager in Training at Aldi. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare for the responsibilities of managing a store effectively. Your duties will involve supervising daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational plans while nurturing and guiding the team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $26.25 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $102,000 (salary and bonuses included)

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI core values and competencies.
• Supervise daily store operations to uphold customer service standards.
• Communicate and foster teamwork among employees.
• Manage store signage and product quality.
• Participate in hiring and staff scheduling.
• Set performance expectations and provide feedback to direct reports.
• Monitor budget and ensure store profitability.
• Oversee inventory management and merchandising.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Knowledge of budgeting and management principles.
• Flexibility to travel and train at various locations.
