Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join Aldi as a Manager in Training. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for the responsibilities of managing a store effectively. Your duties will include supervising daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, developing operational plans, and leading a team towards success.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $105,000 (inclusive of salary and bonus)*
• *Earning potential may vary by location

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations to provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate and uphold the company's core values to foster teamwork.
• Manage staffing, schedules, and operational plans effectively.
• Ensure store maintenance, product quality, and proper merchandising.

Requirements

• 18 years or older with the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience and management skills are preferred.
• Proficient in interpreting company policies and procedures.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
