Job Description
We are looking for a Manager in Training to join Aldi, a renowned retail company. This position involves training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for a leadership role. You will be responsible for supervising daily store operations, ensuring high customer service levels, managing staffing needs, and developing operational strategies while mentoring your team.

Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour
Estimated Year 1 Earning Potential: Up to $105,000 (inclusive of salary and bonus)
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations to provide excellent customer service.
- Communicate company values to create a sense of teamwork among employees.
- Manage staffing, schedules, and operational plans.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure resolution.
- Maintain store signage, product quality, and freshness.
- Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations of staff.
- Manage budgets, payroll, and loss prevention.
- Identify opportunities for employee training and development.
- Ensure a safe working environment for all.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in retail management preferred.
- Knowledge of budgeting and personnel management.
- Ability to operate store equipment and handle general cleaning duties.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
Prior management experience desirable.
