We are looking for a Manager in Training to join Aldi's team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare for running your own store. You will supervise daily store operations, ensure high levels of customer service, manage staffing, and develop operational plans while mentoring your team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance and customer service.
• Maintain store standards and product quality.
• Hire, schedule, and train store personnel.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and store merchandising.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
