Manager in Training

Job Description

As a Manager in Training at ALDI, you will embark on a comprehensive training program to learn all aspects of effectively managing a store. You will oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staffing needs, develop operational strategies, and mentor your team towards success.

Job Type

Full-Time, 45 hours per week

Starting Salary

$26.25 per hour, with earning potential up to $98,500 (inclusive of salary and bonus)

Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Implement company strategy and core values to foster teamwork.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure product quality.
• Manage staff recruitment, scheduling, and training.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Experience in retail management preferred.
• Ability to lead, communicate effectively, and drive performance.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
