We are looking for a proactive Manager in Training to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be immersed in all aspects of store operations, preparing you to lead your own store successfully. Your role will involve supervising daily activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational strategies while nurturing and mentoring your team.

Up to $105,000 (including salary and bonuses, location-dependent)
