Manager, GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities

Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Manager, GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities to join their team. This role focuses on the design, development, and support of digital systems/technologies for Global Clinical Development Operations and other R&D functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in clinical trial operations, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production and delivery of digital systems for GCDO to optimize operational efficiency and data quality.
• Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders on implementing technology solutions.
• Identify new technologies relevant to GCDO and support their implementation.
• Act as an expert advisor on technology solutions to enhance trial performance.
• Maintain and manage digital systems, collaborate with vendors, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Proficiency in clinical digital systems/analytics and experience with technologies like CTMS, eTMF, EDC, etc.
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with analytics platforms like Tableau, SQL, etc.
• Extensive pharmaceutical industry experience and knowledge of FDA/ICH guidelines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Educational Requirements

• BA/BS in scientific/healthcare or technology field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical related technology within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology sector.
