Job Description

We are seeking a talented Manager for our Front-line Sales (Canvassers) team at Northpoint Roofing Systems Operating LLC. As the Manager, you will lead a team of Canvassers, overseeing their sales activities and driving performance to convert prospects into customers.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and inspire the sales team to surpass sales targets.
• Plan canvassing strategies, coordinate calendars, and manage sales routes efficiently.
• Track and evaluate team performance, documenting sales activity accurately.
• Build relationships with customers, ensure adherence to procedures and scripts.
• Provide feedback and training to improve team performance.
• Deliver sales pitches when required, attend meetings, and stay updated on industry trends.
• Collaborate and support other sales team members for overall success.

Requirements

• High school diploma/equivalent, supervisor experience focusing on team performance.
• 21 years or older, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, clean driving record.
• Background check clearance, ability to present sales pitches professionally.
• Flexible schedule, physically fit to walk long distances and climb stairs.
• Highly motivated, persistent, good communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with tablets, Apple iPads, Microsoft Office.
