Manager, Field Analytics and Operations, Oncology/Incentive Compensation (Remote)

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals as a Manager, Field Analytics, and Operations focusing on Oncology/Incentive Compensation. In this remote role, you will be responsible for driving field force analytics and operational effectiveness to support our Oncology Business Unit within the US Business Operations and Analytics department.

Responsibilities

• Plan and align field targets, optimize field processes, and analyze field performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support field strategies and customer targeting.
• Design and implement customer call planning and targeting tools.
• Create and manage performance-related reports and dashboards using Tableau and Alteryx.
• Support incentive compensation programs and provide detailed communications to field-based teams.
• Work with data strategy and commercial operation teams to enhance business analytics and operational consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
• Experience with pharmaceutical data tools like IQVIA and Symphony.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx, Veeva, and Excel.
• 3+ years in sales operations or analytics within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
