Maintenance Technician II

Job Description

Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Technician II to join our team at the Greenbrier at Tanasbourne Apartments in Beaverton, OR. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings, landscaping, amenities, parking lot, and trash areas. Working under the guidance of experienced maintenance technicians, you will perform a variety of tasks including repairs, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, pool maintenance, and janitorial duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and repairs.
• Manage work orders using technology.
• Ensure cleanliness and functionality of the property.
• Conduct janitorial tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 1 year experience as a Maintenance Technician I or 2 years in a similar role.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience in landscaping, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and pool maintenance.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and operate maintenance equipment.
