Join the Hampton Inn Naples team as a Maintenance Technician / Assistant Engineer in a full-time role. As a leading real estate investment and hospitality management company, Highgate Hotels is seeking individuals who are passionate about maintaining and repairing equipment in a hotel environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of various equipment and systems to enhance the guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance for guest rooms including minor repairs, touch-up paint, furniture repair, and more.
- Clean and maintain various equipment such as PTAC filters, ice machines, refrigerators, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct plumbing repairs, monitor energy conservation, and respond to alarms promptly.
- Undertake other tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent qualifications are beneficial.
- Licensing in a trade field (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state is required.
