Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of various machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. This hands-on role involves conducting inspections, troubleshooting malfunctions, performing repairs, and implementing preventative maintenance measures. Collaborating with department supervisors and managers, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and reliable production environment.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on various equipment and machines.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment malfunctions.
- Prioritize tasks, respond to emergencies, and ensure a clean work area.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and address safety concerns.
- Assist with facilities projects and operate equipment as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager in a production environment.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and systems understanding.
- Proficiency in repair tools, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift up to 75 lbs.
- Highly motivated, independent, and collaborative team player.
- High school diploma required; technical certification preferred.
