Genesis Healthcare is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Pottstown Nursing and Rehab. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes.
• Contribute to assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Supervise patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
