Job Description
Genesis Healthcare at Elm Wood is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a per-diem basis. As an LPN, you will provide efficient nursing care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, record observations, and communicate any changes in condition.
- Assist in nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed personnel.

Requirements
- Graduation from an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current license from the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
