Genesis Health is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team at Wolfboro Bay Center. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient and effective nursing care, contributing to positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
