Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current State Board of Nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center.
