We are hiring for a per-diem Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Elm Wood. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes. Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if at an assisted living facility.
