Job Description

We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our ChristianaCare HomeHealth team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community, implementing goal-oriented care plans and participating in discharge planning. We offer Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem positions with competitive pay ranging from $22 to $28 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
• Implement goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans.
• Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required.
• Must possess a current DE LPN license or compact state license.
