Job Description
We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Home Care team at ChristianaCare. As an LPN in our HomeHealth division, you will deliver skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and contribute to patient discharge plans.
Job Type
- Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions available.
- Shifts may include day or night hours, one weekend per month, and two holidays per year in New Castle County, DE.
- Pay range: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour.
- Expected hours: 20-40 per week.
