Job Description

The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a dedicated LNA (Restorative) to join our Long-Term Care Unit at Helen Porter Rehabilitation & Nursing. Job Summary

The primary responsibilities include assisting patients with exercises to improve limb functionality, in compliance with federal and state regulations. The role requires a compassionate approach, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • State of Vermont LNA license.
  • 6 months of LNA work experience.
  • Restorative aid training preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.
