LNA - Post Acute Unit SNF

Job Description

The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for the Post Acute Unit at the Helen Porter Rehabilitation & Nursing facility. As an LNA, you will work collaboratively under the direction of the Staff Nurse to provide basic personal care support and specific aspects of patient care. This role requires excellent communication skills, respect for residents, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• State of Vermont LNA license
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work respectfully within a team
