In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently cooking a variety of food items including meats, fish, vegetables, and soups. Additionally, you will prepare and portion food products, plate and garnish cooked items, and ensure the quality of products served.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meats, seafood, vegetables, and other food items for cooking.
• Maintain quality and portion sizes according to standard specifications.
• Stock and organize food products for service periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work stations and equipment.
• Follow cooking methods and recipe specifications for food preparation.
• Assist in food prep and kitchen closing tasks.
• Participate in employee meetings and contribute improvement suggestions.
