Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Line Cook to join Lariat Lodge Brewing, a dynamic two-location brewpub known for its great food, beer, and community. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen, accurately and efficiently preparing a variety of dishes including meats, fish, vegetables, and soups. Additionally, you will be responsible for final plate preparation, ensuring that all items are plated with precision and garnished appropriately.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare meats, seafood, vegetables, and other food items for cooking.
  • Ensure the quality of products served meets our standards consistently.
  • Maintain proper portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen hygiene.
  • Stock and manage food levels at line stations for efficient service.
  • Follow recipe specifications and portion sizes before cooking.
  • Keep work station clean and organized, including kitchen equipment and refrigeration.
  • Assist in food prep during slower periods.
  • Participate in kitchen closing procedures and clean-up.
  • Attend employee meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Kitchen Manager.
