Key Responsibilities
- Identify off-market and on-market properties with growth potential.
- Utilize market trends and data analysis to make informed acquisition decisions.
- Negotiate deals with sellers to secure profitable transactions.
- Collaborate with our in-house marketing team and sales agents to facilitate property sales.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential real estate.
- Active Alabama real estate license required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently on a commission basis.
