Job Description
New Western is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent with a minimum of 2 years of experience in or around the residential real estate industry to join our team as an Acquisition Agent. As part of our dynamic team, you will utilize your expertise and passion for real estate to identify and acquire off-market and on-market properties, leveraging our extensive resources and proprietary software.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire properties to add to our inventory.
- Analyze market trends and data to make informed decisions.
- Negotiate deals and facilitate transactions.
- Collaborate with our in-house marketing team and sales agents.
Requirements
- Active Alabama real estate license.
- Strong deal-making and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
