Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN/LVN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to our patients and residents. Your responsibilities will include resident evaluation, care planning, direct patient care, medication administration, and more in a collaborative and interdisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct resident evaluations and create care plans.
• Provide direct patient care and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Engage in problem-solving and bedside nursing.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing and licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR Certification.
